SOGo (formerly Scalable OpenGroupware.org ) is a groupware project with the aim of creating an open source groupware server in the sense of a community .

SOGo is a server application that is operated by users in the web browser , for example . SOGo can be installed on a Linux or BSD server. In addition to the core application, which was written in Objective-C , SOGo relies on proven standard components such as PostgreSQL , OpenLDAP and Apache HTTP Server .
The server offers the following functions:
- Dates / calendar
- contacts
- tasks
- Email (with an additional mail server , e.g. Cyrus )
- CalDAV
- CardDAV
- SyncML with the help of Funambol
