SPERM HY-LITER
The SPERM HY-LITER is a microscopic screening method. This is used for the positive identification of sperm . The test is human-specific and based on monoclonal antibodies . Sperm heads fluoresce and glow clearly at 40x magnification under the microscope. Deposits, foreign bodies or cell debris do not have a disruptive effect. In the DAPI staining could not be made between sperm heads and Epithelzellkernen far. Treatment with the HY-LITER also enables a single sperm to be detected. For the forensic and forensic laboratories, this represents an increased possibility for the elucidation of violent crime.
