The SV This Bach eV 1976 is a sports club in the district of Regensburg with about 700 members. Like many classic sports clubs, it is divided into several subdivisions. The currently 7 branches include the following sports: ice stock , fitness , soccer , karate , children's gymnastics , Nordic walking and table tennis . The first chairman was Kurt Eber. The club has been run by Claudia Weigert, Sandra Aichner and Sebastian Wolf since 2019.
Ice stock
The stick department was founded on January 10th, 1986 in the sports restaurant herebach. The first department head was Hans Pirzer. The greatest successes were the two promotions to the 2nd Bundesliga South in the 2011/2012 and 2016/2017 seasons. The stick department organizes tournaments in which teams from the 1st Bundesliga also take part.
