The FSV 06 Kölleda is a football club from Kölleda . The association was founded in 1946 and had changing names.

history

In 1990 the SV Funkwerk Kölleda emerged from the BSG Funkwerk, which in 1983 inherited the BSG unit Kölleda and played in the third highest district league in Erfurt. After 1990 the club was initially supported financially by Hörmann Funkwerk Kölleda GmbH , with the aim of advancing to the top division. As a founding member of the Thuringian League , he achieved second place behind FV Zeulenroda in 1990/91, and in the following year he won the national championship title and promotion to the league . However, the club was knocked out last after one season. The return he sought then failed. From 1994 with the ex-Jenaern Timo Löhnert and the USA World Cup star Brian Bliss , as well as coach Goldbach (previously Rot-Weiß Erfurt ), the promotion was no longer possible (7th, 5th, 3rd, 4th, 4th). In 1998 the main sponsor and namesake got into financial difficulties and reduced his sponsorship funds very significantly. Players fled and with only six points and 14: 101 goals, SV Funkwerk Kölleda was relegated from bottom of the table (16th). The national class season 1999/2000 could not even be started due to bankruptcy. Instead, the club played in the district league. After that, the partially reorganized club did not manage to move up to the regional league again, and since then there has been a constant downward trend.

In 2006 the company was re-established / renamed FSV 06 Kölleda. With the re-establishment / renaming followed the forced relegation to the 1st district class (Sömmerda district). The rise was immediately achieved in the first year (2006/07 season). Another success was winning the 2007 indoor district championship (Sömmerda district). In the 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 seasons, the first team was to be found in the Sömmerda district league and only just missed promotion there in the years 2007 to 2009 (twice 3rd place). In the 2009/10 season, the promotion to the newly founded regional class succeeded: 3rd place was enough to qualify for the RK because there was a lack of teams in the newly founded league. In the same season, the FSV 06 Kölleda was able to win the district champion title for the second time after 2007. In the 2010/11 season, the FSV 06 plays in regional class 4, from which, however, as a knocked-down bottom in the table, they were immediately relegated to the Sömmerda district league. In 2013 you could get promoted through the relay win in the district league in the district league. After four years of membership in the Erfurt-Sömmerda regional league, they won the championship in the 2016/17 season and were promoted to the Thuringia regional class.
