history
S Direkt was founded on March 19, 1996 and expanded after 2004 in Laatzen , Kaiserslautern and Karlsruhe , but from 2014 concentrated exclusively on the Halle and Kaiserslautern locations.
In 2016 and 2018, S Direkt was named a 'top training company' by the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Commerce and Industry .
On November 30, 2018, the MehrWert Servicegesellschaft, founded in Düsseldorf in 2008, officially merged with S Direkt to form S-Markt & Vorteil .
