The Saarburger Rausch is a vineyard of the city Saarburg in the growing region Mosel , area Saar .

Vineyard

The 12 hectares large steep slope is located north of the road L 135 on a hillside facing south. The incline ranges from 30 to 60 percent. The floor is made of weathered slate . The site is mostly planted with Riesling .

The Saarburger Rausch is a great location of the VDP .
