Sabine Boerner
Sabine Boerner (born November 27, 1963 in Hagen ) is a German economist and professor at the University of Konstanz .
Life
After studying business administration at the University of Bayreuth was in 1994 at the Technical University of Berlin Dr. rer. oec. PhD and then worked there as a research assistant. In 2001 she completed her habilitation at the TU Berlin.
From 2002–2003 she was professor for general business administration, human resource management and intercultural management at the Lahr University of Applied Sciences . In 2004 she was appointed to the C4 chair for “Management, especially Strategy and Leadership” in the Department of Political and Administrative Sciences at the University of Konstanz.
Her research focuses on the conditions and effects of vertical and horizontal cooperation in organizations. As part of the success research , she is looking for mediators and moderators between leadership behavior and organizational performance .
