Sabine Dittrich (* 1962 in Pforzheim ) is a German author of specialist and fictional literature.

Life

After graduating from high school, Sabine Dittrich began an apprenticeship as a tax clerk. From 1985 she worked in this field in Upper Franconia and Saxony for about ten years. In the mid-1990s she taught tax law and accounting in adult education at various educational institutions and the IHK . Alongside her job, Sabine Dittrich completed a further education course at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen on self-sufficient learning. While teaching, she wrote several specialist books on exam preparation for tax clerks.

In 2006 Sabine Dittrich took over the Grau & Cie bookstore in Hof and ran it until 2015. She also devoted herself to fiction and wrote the novels Heirs of Silence , In the Shadow of the Conspiracy and Days of Truth . In 2017 she brought out Premysl Pitter's autobiography Under the Wheel of History in a revised version. Her first work, Erben des Schweigens , has been translated into Czech and Esperanto.

In 2018 she became a member of the International PEN Club / Czech Center of International - PEN Prague.
