Sadguris Moedani ( Georgian სადგურის მოედანი "Bahnhofsplatz") is a station on the Tbilisi Metro . It is the intersection of the Achmetelis-Teatri-Warketeli with the Saburtalo line .

Sadguris Moedani-1

The station was opened in 1967 as Wagsolski Ploscheds. Since the opening of the Saburtalo Line ( Russian Saburtalinskaja) in 1979, there has been a transition. From the station, you can also change to Tbilissis Zentraluri Sadguri (" Tbilisi Central Station "). Since 1992 the station has been called Wagslis Moedani-1. In May 2011 it was renamed because the Russian word for train station ("Woksal") was in the name and the Russian words were exchanged for Georgian.

Sadguris Moedani-2

The station opened in 1979 with the Saburtalo line as Wagslis Moedani-2.
