Safia Abukar Hussein

Safia Abukar Hussein (* 1981 ) is a former Somali sprinter.

At the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney , she started for her country in the 400 m run. With a time of 1: 13.25 she was only sixth of her prelim and was eliminated in the first round. She was the first female starter for her country in the Olympics.
