Sahar Davari (born May 25, 1985 ) is a former Iranian grass skier . She took part in the World Cup in 2005 and achieved a top 5 placement in the World Cup .

Career

Davari's first international competition was the 2005 World Cup in the Iranian ski resort of Dizin . Her only result was the 16th and penultimate place in the Super-G. In the giant slalom she was disqualified in the first round, in the slalom she was not at the start. Two years later, she also took part in her first and only World Cup race in Dizin . She was the last of the ranked runners to reach fifth place in the Super-G in an internationally weak field, with which she won her only World Cup points. So she finished in the 2007 season together with her compatriot Parisa Shahmoradpour and the Czech Lucie Surovcová in 16th and last place in the overall World Cup. After that she did not take part in any international competitions.

In winter 2007 and 2008 Davari took part in competitions in alpine skiing in Iran . In FIS races she was once among the top ten and at the Iranian championships her best result was fifth place in the 2007 slalom.
