The saline is a 10 km long river to the Adriatic Sea in the Italian province of Pescara . The river has its origin at the confluence of the Fino and Tavo rivers southwest of Montesilvano . From here flowing in northeastern directions, the saltworks at Montesilvano flows into the Adriatic Sea.
