Swift founded the riding style Centered Riding. She transferred the knowledge she acquired in this way to riding and developed centered riding. Swift's method is designed to improve the rider's balance and raise awareness. To do this, mental images are used. The Centered Riding method consists of 4 basics: gentle eyes, breathing, balance and centering. Swift is the founder of Centered Riding Inc.
