Salutaris seine
Salutaris seine is an apostolic letter from Pope Leo XIII. , he published it on December 24th, 1883. With the request “Regina sacratissimi Rosarii - ora pro nobis (Queen of the Holy Rosary, pray for us)” he supplements the Litany of Loreto , the Pope divides his letter into the following sections:
I. Persistent prayer in times of need for the Church
II. Prayer of the rosary overcomes difficult time conditions
III. Insertion of the new invocation: "Queen of the Holy Rosary , pray for us!"
This Apostolic Exhortation is closely related to the Rosary Cycles that he published .
