Sam Snyders

Sam Snyders , also Sammy Snyders (* in Toronto , Canada ) is a Canadian child actor and dance teacher .

life and work

As a child, Snyders played in various Canadian television productions, for example in Tomorrow never comes or King of Kenigston . He gained international fame through the television series The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn , a German-Canadian co-production that remade the literary work of Mark Twain in 1979. Snyders played the main role of Thomas Sawyer . He later got a role in the 1981 horror film Die Grube des Horens , in which he played an autistic boy.

After school he became a dancer and now works as a dance teacher in Toronto. He runs his own dance school there.
