history

In 2013, Ghana Traunwalchen competed for the first time at a preliminary tournament of the German Masters series in Traunwalchen on June 16 and 17, 2013 and won the tournament there with 16 participants. Due to the points scoring within the Bayern Challenge Tour, Ghana Traunwalchen was named Bavarian Champion and was therefore eligible to play in the German Championship, the final of the German Masters Tour. The final of the German Beach Soccer Championship is held every year within the Beach Sports Festival in Saarlouis. There the beach footballers prevailed against 23 other teams and became the German champions of the German Masters Tour of the DBSV. This title now makes Samba Kickers Kienberg eligible to play in the newly founded Bundesliga.

The game is played with 3 field players and a goalkeeper. The playing time is three times twelve minutes.
