The Pyongyang company started producing automobiles in 2013. The brand name is Chonji .

The company assembles vehicles from the Chinese manufacturer Beiqi Foton Motor . A pick-up with a double cabin has been handed down . The BJ 1027 has a wheelbase of 3025 mm. The diesel engine with a capacity of 2200 cm³ and an output of 70 kW enables a top speed of 125 km / h.
