The Rolf Irle Collection is a collection of non-European musical instruments that has been exhibited in the Center for World Music of the Hildesheim University Foundation since 2009 . She is temporarily housed in Hildesheim in the former Timotheus Church and the adjacent rectory.

In the nave, around 3,000 exhibits from all cultures around the world, which Rolf Irle has compiled over 40 years, are shown. Once a month and upon request, the collector leads through the exhibition, which takes place under changing themes. The instruments are explained and demonstrated and visitors can try out most of the instruments themselves. A workshop tailored to children is also offered.
