Samuel Patrick Ofei Kumi

Samuel Patrick Ofei Kumi is a former Ghanaian diplomat . In February 1973 he was granted the Agrément as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ghana in the GDR. On July 11, 1973, Kumi was received by Friedrich Ebert junior and accredited as ambassador . The farewell talk with Willi Stoph took place on May 24, 1974, and Andrew Kow Afful became his successor in the office of Ambassador to Ghana .
