The church of San Bartolomeo in Lipari was the cathedral (cathedral) of the Diocese of Lipari belonging to Messina ( Sicily ) . It is located on a 60 m high cliff by the sea and is dedicated to the patron saint of the Aeolian Islands and the city of Lipari, the Apostle Bartholomew .
