San Bruno (Rome)

San Bruno is a church in Rome , on Via della Pisana, in the suburbio Gianicolense .

history

On October 1st, 1964, the parish was founded by a decree by Cardinal Vicar Clemente Micara .

The church was built between 1987 and 1992 by Carlo Bevilacqua and Anna Maria Feci and was visited by Pope John Paul II on April 5, 1992 .

The church is made of reinforced concrete with walls in between. On the right is a statue of Saint Bruno.
