The San Isidro Club ( SIC ) is a rugby union club based in San Isidro , Buenos Aires , Argentina . He is a member of the Unión de Rugby de Buenos Aires (URBA).
The club was founded on December 14, 1935 after some players and parts of the management of the CASI club were kicked out because of ideological differences. The club won the regional championships 23 times and became one of the most important URBA teams, especially after the 1970s.
The games between SIC and CASI have been competitive local derbies since the split that divided San Isidro .

URBA : 1939, 1941, 1948, 1970 (together with Club Universitario de Buenos Aires, also called CUBA), 1971, 1972, 1973, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1993, 1994 , 1997, 1999, 2002, 2003 and 2004.
