The Nacional de Clubes is the highest rugby union club championship in Argentina .

The championship is played by 16 teams, which are divided into four different "zones". The top two teams from each zone will qualify for the quarter-finals of the championship. The 16 teams are selected from their own regional championships; eight from Buenos Aires , two each from the northeast, Litoral and Cordoba and one each from Cuyo and Mar del Plata .
