San Lorenzo is the 9th of the 30 districts ( Quartieri ) of the southern Italian port city of Naples . It belongs to the historical center ( Centro Storico ), as well as to its socio-economically poorer districts .
Geography and demography
San Lorenzo borders it on the neighboring districts of Stella , San Carlo alI 'Arena , Vicaria , Zona Industriale , Pendino , San Giuseppe and Avvocata .
San Lorenzo is 1.42 square kilometers and had 46,959 inhabitants in 2009.
