Athletic career
Sandeep Kumari gained her first international experience at the Asian Games 2018 in the Indonesian capital in Jakarta , where she finished fifth with 54.61 m. In February 2020, Kumari was temporarily suspended by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) on suspicion of taking the banned substance methenolone .
