The Sandercock Nunatakker are an isolated group of Nunatakkers in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . They tower 72 km east-southeast of the Nye Mountains .
Scientists from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions discovered it from the air in December 1959 and explored it on site after landing. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named them after the flight squadron leader James C. Sandercock of the Royal Australian Air Force , flight dispatcher at Mawson Station in 1959.
