Sandhurst is an English city of about 22,000 inhabitants in the Unitary Authority Bracknell Forest within Berkshire , 60 km west of London .
The city lies on the River Blackwater . Sandhurst is accessible via the M3 and M4 motorways . Sandhurst has a very large British Army training area and the famous Sandhurst Military Academy .
