Sandy (actually Sandy Leah Lima ; born January 28, 1983 in Campinas , Brazil ) is a Brazilian pop singer and songwriter . She performed in the duo Sandy & Junior from 1990 to 2007. In 1998 she sang the duet “Vivo por ela” with Andrea Bocelli - a version of his hit “Vivo per lei” that got a lot of airplay in Brazil. Since 2007 she has been active as a solo singer.
