The Sanglung is a 7095 m high mountain in the southeast of the Tibet Autonomous Region .
The Sanglung is located in the far east of the Himalayas . The mountain lies on the border of the Mainling and Mêdog districts . The Sanglung is located 8.57 km east-northeast of the 7782 m high Namjagbarwa . The Sanglung is connected to this via a mountain ridge. The Yarlung Tsangpo flows along the northern flank of the Sanglung in an easterly direction. On the southern flank of the Sanglung, a glacier flows in an easterly direction.
In August 2011, the Sanglung was the tenth highest unclimbed mountain.
