Santa Rosa de Conlara is the capital of the Junín Department in the San Luis Province in western Argentina . It is located 20 kilometers from Merlo .
history
The place arose after the construction of the Santa Rosa de Lima chapel on the Estancia of Manuel Salazar . This was followed by a long process, initiated by the then Gobernador Justo Daract , of land distribution for the settlement and development of the region. The founding date of Santa Rosa de Conlara is July 7th, 1857 .
