Sara Turchetto (born January 29, 1983 in Cologne ) is a German actress of Italian descent.
In 1996 Sara Turchetto gained her first experience on the stage of the school theater of the Montessori High School as part of the performance of Grease 2000 . She was discovered there and then played the role of Marcella Varese in the ARD series Lindenstrasse from 1998 to 2020 . In 2007 she had a guest role in the series Angie (episode Papa ante portas ).
Sara Turchetto speaks German, English, Serbian, Italian and Spanish. In August 2007 she moved to Berlin and studied sociology and philosophy there.
