Sarah Burke (* as Sarah Hadley on March 25, 1981 ) is a British biathlete .

Sarah Burke, a soldier starting for the AGC Ladies, has so far only appeared nationally. So far she has won two titles at the British Championships and achieved eight podium finishes. In 2005 she won the title in the military patrol and won silver in the relay and in the team classification. Two years later she won the relay, was runner-up in individual and with the team and won bronze with the military patrol. In 2008 silver came with the relay and in the team and bronze with the military patrol. She is married to the biathlete Simon Burke .
