Sarah Schmitz (born May 28, 1985 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Schmitz moved to the 2005/06 season from lower-class SC Mausauel-Nideggen to Bundesliga club SC 07 Bad Neuenahr , for whom she played in 62 Bundesliga games and scored three goals. In the summer of 2008 she returned to her hometown club. On May 22, 2008 Schmitz completed their only international match in the jersey of the German U-23 national team against the USA.
