Sarbia (formerly also Scarbia ) is a fraction of the municipality of La Spezia in the northern Italian region of Liguria . It lies at an altitude of about 200 meters above sea level. The city of La Spezia , the provincial and community center, as well as the Gulf of Spezia, are about two kilometers southeast of Sarbia.
