The coastal towns of Costa Rei and Solanas are easily accessible destinations for the residents of the cities of Cagliari , Muravera or Villasimius . At the "Cala di Sinzias" (beach) there is only camping and agriturismo . Villasimius on the border of the Sarrabus and the southeastern tip of the island forms the counterpoint, which continues on the touristically developed coastal road to Cagliari. This coastal road running high above the sea, which opens up the Sarrabus, is one of the panoramic routes on the island. In the middle of the seclusion of the mountains lies the nature reserve "Parco dei Sette Fratelli" (Park of the Seven Brothers) near Monte Genas, the realm of the Sardinian deer .
