Sascha Quednau

Sascha Quednau (* 1971 in Quedlinburg ) is a German director and screenwriter .

Life

Quednau studied journalism and film studies at the Free University of Berlin . His short film debut Von Fall zu Fall celebrated its premiere in 2008 at the Max Ophüls Prize Film Festival. This was followed by the David Foster Wallace film adaptation Neon Aura (2010) and the documentary short film Biberlin 1: Karaoke Kiez , which was nominated for the jury award at the 2012 International Short Film Festival .

He is co-founder of the Berlin film company Vitascope .
