Sascha Walbröhl

Sascha Walbröhl (born March 9, 1976 ) is a former German soccer player . He played in midfield . Today he works as a football coach.

Player career

Walbröhl's parent club is VfB Langenfeld . Via Fortuna Düsseldorf , Bayer 04 Leverkusen and TuSpo Richrath, he came to the regional league team Wuppertaler SV in 1995 , for whom he played until 1999. In the 1999/2000 season he moved to Alemannia Aachen , where he played two games in the 2nd Bundesliga . Due to a lack of prospects, he returned to Wuppertal. After relegation to the Oberliga Nordrhein , he became a regular player over the next three years. In 2003/2004 he made 15 appearances at WSV in the Regionalliga Nord . After his demotion to the reserve eleven, he moved to TuRU Düsseldorf in November 2004 .

Coaching career

Since 2017, Waldbröhl has been training the B-youth of SG Unterrath , which currently plays in the Bundesliga.
