Sascha from Donat

Sascha von Donat (born November 25, 1969 in Bonn ) is a German theater and opera director and artistic director.

Life

After completing his law studies, Sascha von Donat worked for three years as Gerard Mortier's personal advisor for the Salzburg Festival . a. the directors Robert Wilson (director) , Hellmuth Matiasek and Wolfram Mehring . Sascha von Donat has been working as a theater and opera director since 2002. He also works regularly for the WDR radio play division. He was the director of the Cologne Young Chamber Opera for three years before founding the Opernwerkstatt am Rhein in 2007 .
