Sathaphon Sophaku (born May 16, 1990 in Ubon Ratchathani , Thailand ) is a Liechtenstein pool player .

Career

In 2010 Sathaphon Sophaku became Liechtenstein champion in 14/1 endless and in 9-ball and came second in the overall standings behind Patrick Pomberger . A year later, he won the Liechtenstein 10-ball championship by beating Michael Biedermann in the final . In 2012 he managed to defend the title in the final against Biedermann, as well as to be third in the 14/1 endless and second in the overall standings. At the Liechtenstein Championship in 2014, Sophaku won the 8-ball competition and came third in the 14/1 endless and in the overall standings. At the 2015 national championships, Sophaku won gold in 9-ball and silver in 14/1 endless, 10-ball and in the overall standings.

With the SBC Feldkirch, Sophaku plays in Austria in the 1st regional league Vorarlberg.

He has been president of his home club PBC Magic 9 Triesen since 2015.
