Satoru Sakuma ( Japanese 佐 久 間 悟 Sakuma Satoru ; born July 7, 1963 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Sakuma learned to play soccer on the school team at Josai University Kawagoe High School and the university team at Komazawa University . He signed his first contract in 1986 with NTT Kanto (today: Omiya Ardija). At the end of 1991 he ended his career as a football player.

In August 2007, Sakuma became the coach of Omiya Ardija . In August 2011, Sakuma became the coach of Ventforet Kofu . At the end of the 2011 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In May 2015, Sakuma became the coach of Ventforet Kofu.
