Sauce boats

When making sauces , also sauces or sauces , not to be confused with the majority of tableware sauce boats ( sauce bowl), a sauce is added to a dish . In contrast to the napkin , in which the food is covered with sauce, the sauce is placed under or next to the food. Saucing is usually done immediately before the food is served.
