The Sauga River ( Estonian Sauga jõgi ) is a river in southwest Estonia in Pärnu County .
The river has its source near the village of Järvakandi ( Rapla County ). It is a right tributary of the Pärnu , into which it flows about 1.3 km before the city of Pärnu .
The Sauga River is 77 km long. Its catchment area covers 570 km². The river has an average discharge rate of 5.1 m³ / s.
