Saulius Cironka

Saulius Cironka (* 1964 ) is a Lithuanian agricultural politician, Vice Minister of Agriculture and a former association official.

Life

After graduating from high school, he graduated from the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija with a degree in mechanics in 1994 , a bachelor's degree in 2007 and a master's degree in psychology at the Vilniaus universitetas in 2009 . In 1996 he continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania and in 2001 at the University of North Dakota in the USA.

From 1994 he worked as chief engineer, from 1996 as deputy director, from 1998 to 2003 as director, from 2010 as program manager and from April 2010 to 2014 as deputy director of Lietuvos žemės ūkio konsultavimo tarnyba in Akademija near Kėdainiai . In 2001 he headed the Lietuvos ūkininkų sąjunga (Association of Lithuanian Peasants) as chairman . Since August 20, 2014 he has been Deputy Minister of Agriculture of Lithuania and thus Deputy of Virginija Baltraitienė (* 1958) in the Butkevičius cabinet .

He is non-party.
