The Saunders Hill is a rounded and rocky hills on the Budd Coast of the East Antarctic Wilke country . It protrudes immediately east of the Windmill Islands into the southeastern part of O'Brien Bay .

Aerial photographs of the US American Operation Highjump (1946–1947) were used to map it . The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1963 after William Y. Saunders, a biologist on Wilkes Station in 1961.
