Savez Američkog Fudbala (Serbian Савез Америчког Фудбала, German Serbian American Football Association ) was founded in 2004 to act as a body between the teams that are organized in the league association and those that are still in the process of building up and therefore not yet to compete against each other in regular league operations, to coordinate.

Savez Američkog Fudbala consists of the following institutions:

  • The assembly to which each team, regardless of whether they are active in regular game play or not, sends three representatives.
  • The board of directors, which consists of an unspecified number of members. Each team sends a representative to the board who enjoys the trust of the association and is accordingly endowed with far-reaching decision-making powers. Decisions relating to league operations can only be made by the teams that actually play in the league themselves.
  • Finally, the supervisory board consists of three members who are drawn up by the teams and elected by the assembly.
