Scarlett O'Hara (cocktail)
Scarlett O'Hara is a cocktail . It was created in 1939 to mark the release of Gone With the Wind and named after the main female character played by Vivien Leigh .
It consists of Southern Comfort , cranberry or lingonberry juice , and lime or lemon juice . The taste is fruity and sweet as well as slightly tart.
