Schönebecker Straße 69-72 is a listed residential building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It stands at the eaves on the west side of Schönebecker Straße in Magdeburg's Buckau district at the southern exit of the town.
Architecture and history
The building consists of four terraced houses built in a closed construction in the local style. The two-storey, plastered, uniformly designed houses were built in 1922 as a so-called civil servant residence for senior employees of the Buckau-based Grusonwerk . The houses are covered with pitched roofs , with the appearance being dominated by large duplex houses crowned with stepped gables . The design is based on North German architecture. The windows have a modern design language. Lying rectangular windows, with strong subdivisions, are juxtaposed with small square windows. There is also a square window in each of the gable areas, albeit on a point. The windows on the first and second floors each have wooden shutters .
There are front gardens in front of the houses . There is an embankment facing the street as well as a plot of land belonging to the monument.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 82625 .
The building is considered to be an important testimony to the living culture of medium-sized proportions during the construction period and is considered to be significant in terms of architecture, social and industrial history.
