Architecture and history

The four-storey house was built in 1895 by the private investor Adolf Parchen . The five-axis facade of the brick-built building is designed in the neo-Renaissance style. The building has a jamb floor .

As part of a partially preserved Wilhelminian style street, the house is considered to be significant in terms of urban development and, as an example of a simple apartment building from the construction period, is also considered to be socially and historically remarkable.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 82115 .
