Schönklang is a music publisher and record label based in Freren in the Emsland district in Lower Saxony.
history
In September 2007 the company was founded by Jörg Maire. It is a branch of the Mehr Promotion company . Schönklang has, among others, Session, Thomas Wissing, Patrick Steffen, Schock , 2Different and, since 2010, the actor Günther Kaufmann under contract. When it was founded, the main focus was on the regional advertising agency . Customers from the music industry predominated in the first business year and the operating structure was changed accordingly. Since the beginning of 2010, the focus has been on music production, artist development, publishing and record labels .
In 2011 more artists and productions were recorded and published. In 2011/2012 there is a lot of hope in the title “Du bist mein” (sung by Johannes Heesters ), the casting winner (The Voice - your voice for the Emsland) Jan Bleeker and the singers Steffi Hinz and Ellen Obier.
