Practical ball
Jerk-off balls are carnival events , the visitors of which are mostly revelingly costumed.
The traditional Munich joke is one of the most famous balls of this type . This carnival ball, which takes place annually under the motto “Come one way or the other - but with a bit of something o”, enjoys supraregional awareness and is considered the most daring public carnival ball in southern Germany. There are no set costume requirements, other than that the pubic must be covered. The event, which was originally held at Nockherberg and temporarily at the former Munich-Riem Airport , has been taking place in the Löwenbräukeller on Stiglmaierplatz for several years .
The term joke in connection with carnival is a play on jokes (prank, farce) and nudity .
